Identify what stage it is in the Life Cycle (i.e. Introduction, Growth, Maturity, or Decline) and explain what evidence there is that it is in that stage of the life cycle. Based on your analysis explain what strategy you would you adapt (cost leadership, focus, differentiation, or mixed)? Explain why? What kinds of actions would you take to implement the strategy? What kinds of results would you expect and why?
