Internship Report
Paper instructions:
A fifteen (minimum) page report is required. This report will consist of (1) organizational setting of the internship placement site; (2) the duties and responsibilities while on the internship; (3) the objectives established during the internship and how they were accomplished or fulfilled (or why they were not fulfilled); (4) your overall impressions of the agency problems you may have encountered; (5) your impressions of the supervisor and other personnel in the agency; (6) whether you would recommend other students to complete an internship at this agency; (7) how things could have been improved; and (8) any other matters that you may deem appropriate
